Xtend Barre is a multi-level class geared for all ages and fitness backgrounds. This is a total body workout serving to strengthen, lengthen and stretch the body from top to bottom-from inside, out. The end result is a long and lean physique without adding bulk.
This interval training class fuses our Beats-music driven riding, Power-athletic riding and strength training for the ultimate results driven, rhythm ride. It’s fun. It’s challenging. It’s rhythm riding for athletics.
Cycle Power classes feature traditional indoor cycling techniques.
This class will challenge you with “real to the road” coaching. From Race Day to Interval Training, this class will provide the cross-training you need to rev up your fitness using our Performance board with real time data on power, performance and team challenges.
Our state of the art studio offers stadium-style seating with Stages SC3 bikes. Bikes display watts which are a combination of speed and resistance. Classes are 60 minutes and include a warm-up, main set, cool down and stretch. Energy pumping music with highly trained instructors will motivate you and encourage you to work harder than you would on your own. »

Cycle Beats is a fun, high-intensity and low-impact cardio party!
Our highly trained coaches create challenging, exhilarating rides featuring indoor cycling techniques combined with upper body hand weights. Inferno Hot Pilates
Using Pilates principles, Inferno Hot Pilates is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout. It is performed on a yoga mat in a room heated at 85-90 degrees. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat - all without the pounding of a high impact workout. It is designed for all fitness levels.

Cycle Power Hour
This 60-minute class will combine both techniques of Beats and Power and challenge you to work hard while being inspired by the playlists artfully crafted by your coach. The Power board will be used intermittently for intervals and team challenges. WARNING: You will curse your coach and the clock and keep coming back for more!
