Cycle Power Hour
This 60-minute class will combine both techniques of Beats and Power and challenge you to work hard while being inspired by the playlists artfully crafted by your coach. The Power board will be used intermittently for intervals and team challenges. WARNING: You will curse your coach and the clock and keep coming back for more!
A zero impact form-focused barre class designed for all levels. Class moves at a slower pace than our standard barre class and is perfect for new clients, clients recovering from injuries or pregnancy, or anyone looking for a more restorative barre class experience.

Inferno Hot Pilates
Using Pilates principles, Inferno Hot Pilates is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout. It is performed on a yoga mat in a room heated at 85-90 degrees. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat - all without the pounding of a high impact workout. It is designed for all fitness levels.
Prepare to be inspired, sweat, work hard - and of course, to feel great.
These classes will feature video, cuing, music and guidance without a live instructor.
Our barre inspired workout is a combination of postures inspired by ballet, pilates, and yoga. Using a ballet barre as a prop the workout focuses on balance, isometric strength training, and core work. This class is set to up-beat music keeping the energy high and the pace fast. The end result is a long and lean physique without adding bulk.
Cycle Power classes feature traditional indoor cycling techniques.
This class will challenge you with “real to the road” coaching. From Race Day to Interval Training, this class will provide the cross-training you need to rev up your fitness using our Performance board with real time data on power, performance and team challenges.
This interval training class fuses our Beats-music driven riding, Power-athletic riding, and strength training for the ultimate results driven, rhythm ride. It’s fun. It’s challenging. It’s rhythm riding for athletics.
Sink deeply into stillness with long-held stretches on the floor, opening space and ease in joints, muscles, and connective tissues. Therapeutic for body, mind, and spirit. All levels welcome.
Candlelight w/Live Music Class
In the atmosphere of candlelight and live music this very special restorative yoga class rejuvenates the mind, body, and soul.

A dynamic blend of breath, sun salutations, standing poses, balance, forward bends, and twists, this athletic style of yoga will combine sequencing with free weights intensifying each yoga pose while mixing in strength training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls.
