Cycle FTP Test
During this cycle class a 20 minute Functional Threshold Power test will be conducted to set your FTP. Come well rested, well hydrated and ready to push your threshold.
Inferno Hot Pilates Express is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout. It is performed on a yoga mat in a room heated at 85-90 degrees. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat - all without the pounding of a high impact workout. It is designed for all fitness levels.
Qigong: Pronounced "chee goong", is a practice which includes soft, standing meditative movements, simple postures and stretches, creating a gentle, synergistic blend of these poweful healing systems that will leave you feeling refreshed and revitalized. All levels welcome.
Using the principles of pilates this class will strengthen your core, increase flexibility and balance, with a series of exercises standing, on the mat, and at the barre for a complete workout.
This class starts with 25 minutes of our signature cycle power ride using interval training. Class will finish in our core studio as you hit the floor for 15 minutes focusing on strengthening abs, lower back, upper body, and ending with a relaxing stretch.
Cycle Power classes feature traditional indoor cycling techniques.
This class will challenge you with “real to the road” coaching. From Race Day to Interval Training, this class will provide the cross-training you need to rev up your fitness using our Performance board with real time data on power, performance and team challenges.
Cycle Beats is a fun, high-intensity and low-impact cardio party!
Our highly trained coaches create challenging, exhilarating rides featuring indoor cycling techniques combined with upper body hand weights. Choreographed to the rhythmic beats of energetic, uplifting music, you’ll stay motivated to reach your fitness goals. WARNING. . .this 45-minute class may change your body and your life.

Sink deeply into stillness with long-held stretches on the floor, opening space and ease in joints, muscles, and connective tissues. Therapeutic for body, mind, and spirit. All levels welcome.
Cycle Power Hour
This 60-minute class will combine both techniques of Beats and Power and challenge you to work hard while being inspired by the playlists artfully crafted by your coach. The Power board will be used intermittently for intervals and team challenges. WARNING: You will curse your coach and the clock and keep coming back for more!
