We are very excited to announce several changes to our cycling schedule beginning Tuesday, September 5:

TIME CHANGE: All cycle classes will be 50 minutes which will include 45-minute class plus a 5-minute stretch. The exception will be Sunday at 9:00am which will be a Power Hour class; 55-minute class and 5-minute stretch.

Different spokes for different folks: Our cycle instructors have been training hard to bring you a new style of riding. And rest assured, our existing style is still a huge part of the schedule. See descriptions below:

CYCLE BEATS: Our coaches will create challenging, exhilarating rides featuring indoor cycling techniques combined with upper body hand weights. The power board will be turned off as you experience a choreographed ride to the rhythmic beats of energetic, uplifting music, you’ll stay motivated to reach your fitness goals.  WARNING. . .this 50-minute class may change your body and your life.

CYCLE POWER: Cycle Power classes feature traditional indoor cycling techniques. This class will challenge you with “real to the road” coaching. From Race Day to Interval Training, this class will provide the cross-training you need to rev up your fitness using our Performance board with real time data on power, performance and team challenges. WARNING: supplement your outdoor riding with these classes and your outdoor training partners will no longer be able to keep up with you!

POWER HOUR: This 60-minute class will combine both techniques of Beats and Power and challenge you to work hard while being inspired by the playlists artfully crafted by your coach. The Power board will be used intermittently for intervals and team challenges. WARNING: You will curse your coach and the clock and keep coming back for more!

CYCLE/FIT: You will ride 25 minutes then strength train for 25 minutes. Your coach will exhaust the cardiovascular system using sprints, hills and just when you can’t take it anymore you will jump off the bike and work the muscular system. WARNING: You will get a full body, kick-you know what-workout!
