"A cocoon" is how one student described the warm, comfortable studio. Designed specifically so that you can enter and leave the rest of your world at the door. Our Studio is kept at a warm 82-85 degrees (except for Hot Vinyasa and 26+2 which is 95 degrees) so please bring water and don't be surprised if you break a sweat!
A series of 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a 95 degree room designed to allow the maximum benefit for your muscles. Perfect for runners, cyclists and other endurance athletes whose muscles are tight and bunched up from their sport. Perfect for all levels. You will sweat, stretch further than you ever have and feel incredible after this 70 minute class. BRING a yoga mat, a towel to cover your mat, a small towel to wipe your brow and a full bottle of water.

Hot Vinyasa Yoga
Performed in a heated room (85-90 degrees) this challenging and dynamic flow of yoga exercises will build strength, flexibility and balance while emphasizing the link between exercise and breath. 70 mins.
Sink deeply into stillness with long-held stretches on the floor to open you up and ease pressure on the joints, muscles and connective tissues.
Ideal for: Those needing a little therapy for the mind, body and soul.
Weaving the science of yoga and healing arts, these sessions will guide you towards restoring, strengthening and balancing the body and mind. Classes incorporate breath and body awareness, alignment-based therapeutic movement, deep relaxation and meditation. This practice welcomes all levels.
