Xtend Barre

Xtend Barre is a multi-level class geared for all ages and fitness backgrounds. This is a total body workout serving to strengthen, lengthen and stretch the body from top to bottom-from inside, out. The end result is a long and lean physique without adding bulk.

Cycle Fit Class

A 25 minute ride followed by a 25 minute circuit-style interval training that will complement your ride. A full-body workout in just 50 minutes.

Therapeutic Yoga

Yoga for Athletes

In this workshop specially designed for athletes, you'll learn techniques to relax through breathing, lengthen and stretch muscles and bring your body back into balance. The two-hour class is appropriate for beginners and experienced yoga practitioners. Bring your mat, your training buddy and any questions you might have.
